ICC Releases New Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 Schedule, India vs Pakistan Clash To Be Held In Dubai
Here's the revised schedule for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024, set to happen in the UAE.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the complete revised schedule for the upcoming Women's T20 World Cup 2024 on August 26 (Monday). Originally set to be held in Bangladesh, the tournament had to be relocated to the UAE and will take place from October 3 to October 20. The tournament will start with the first fixture between Bangladesh and Scotland in Sharjah and will run for 18 days.
The Women in Blue will get their T20 World Cup campaign underway against New Zealand in Dubai on October 4. Notably, the all-important match between the arch-rivals India and Pakistan will be played on October 6 in Dubai.

The 2024 Women's T20 World Cup will feature 10 teams divided into two groups. Group A includes India, Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, while Group B comprises England, South Africa, West Indies, Bangladesh and Scotland.
Each team will play four group stage matches, with the top two from each group advancing to the knockouts.
