Cameron Green Fractured His Finger, Ruled Out Of Sydney Test Vs South Africa
Australian speedster Mitchell Starc also sustained a finger injury on Monday.
On Wednesday, Australian allrounder Cameroon Green fractured his finger and got ruled out of the third Test in Sydney against South Africa. The incident transpired when the 23-year-old was batting on day two of the second Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and that is when he sustained a lethal blow on his finger from South African speedster Anrich Nortje.

"Cameron Green has a small fracture on his right index finger," Cricket Australia said.
"He will bat again in this match but will not bowl, followed by a period of recovery leading into the tour of India (in February).
Earlier, Australia all-rounder Cameroon Green was the second-highest earner, fetching a Rs 17.5 crore bid from Mumbai Indians at the IPL 2023 mini-auction.

Australian speedster Mitchell Starc also sustained a finger injury on Monday. If he misses the rest of the Melbourne Test, the Kangaroos will rely on Pat Cummins, Scott Borland, and Nathan Lyon.
