Fortune Barishal secured a spot in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2024 grand finale after defeating Rangpur Riders by six wickets in the second Qualifier on February 28 (Wednesday). Rangpur Riders, batting first after losing the toss, faced early setbacks with top-order batters like Rony Talukdar, Mahedi Hasan, Shakib Al Hasan and Nicholas Pooran falling cheaply.
