As far as Bangladesh are concerned, Litton Das has been ruled out of the entire tournament with an illness. Moreover, they also lost their home series against Afghanistan before Asia Cup but that shouldn't take anything away from their good form especially in the ODI format which includes an ODI series win over India in recent times.
Bangladesh's spinners will fancy their chances in Pallekele which will also host the India vs Pakistan clash on September 2 and even though it is a home advantage for Sri Lanka, Bangladesh won't mind the conditions either. Don't be surprised then if Bangladesh manage to emerge victorious but rule Sri Lanka out also at your own peril.
