Bangladesh Premier League 2024: Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2024 saw two matches taking place on February 13 (Tuesday) at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram. In the first game, the Comilla Victorians secured a victory over the Chattogram Challengers by a margin of 73 runs. The second match, the 30th in the tournament, witnessed the Rangpur Riders emerging victorious with a 78-run win over the Khulna Tigers.

Currently leading the table with 14 points from nine matches and an impressive net run rate of +1.870, the Rangpur Riders hold the top spot in the standings. The Comilla Victorians follow closely in second place, securing six wins from eight matches, accumulating 12 points, and maintaining a net run rate of +1.483. The Chattogram Challengers hold the third position with 10 points from five victories in their nine league games, accompanied by a net run rate of -0.884.

Fortune Barishal occupy the fourth spot, having won four and lost four of their eight matches, accumulating eight points. The Khulna Tigers share the same point total but have a slightly lower net run rate of -0.182.

Shoriful Islam continues to dominate the list of leading wicket-takers in BPL 2024, securing the top spot with an impressive tally of 17 wickets. Mahedi Hasan maintains his second position with 13 wickets, while Shakib Al Hasan makes a significant leap, climbing four places to secure the third spot with 12 wickets.

Tanvir Islam, despite dropping a place, holds onto the fourth position with 11 wickets. Mohammad Imran (10) slides down one spot, occupying the fifth position in the list of leading wicket-takers.
