Ingredients

  • 250 Gram Paneer (cubed)
  • 1 Piece Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Piece Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Piece Green Chilli
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Sauce
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh Coriander

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare The Paneer: Take a bowl, add in conflour, all purpose flour, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together. Add in the paneer cubes and coat it evenly with the flour mixture.

Step 2

Fry The Paneer: Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes. Wait for the cubes to become crispy and golden brown. Once done, take them out and set them aside.

Step 3

Saute Vegetables: In the same pan, add a little oil and saute green chillies, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until they are slightly tender but crispy.

Step 4

Prepare The Sauce: Add ginger garlic paste in the pan and cook. Then, add soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, chilli sauce, and black pepper. Stir everything properly and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Add Paneer: Add the fried paneer in the pan and toss well. Toss till the paneer cubes are well coated.

Step 6

Garnish And Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or noodles.
