A recent report released by the United Nations Security Council states that terrorist organizations like Al Qaeda and Islamic State are gaining strength in Taliban controlled Afghanistan. The terror outfits are regrouping, making connections and strengthening their base. This report also states that Afghanistan has turned out to be a safe heaven for terrorist organizations and terror outfits across the world are using the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan as a motivation to rise and strike again which is a global terror alarm.
