PICS: BJP Leaders Participate In Event To Express Solidarity For Construction of Ram Mandir In Ayodhya

NEW DELHI: BJP Leaders on Saturday participated in 'Jalao Ek Deeya Ram Mandir ke Naam' campaign.

Goel said if the opposition feels it is a political issue, they should end it by allowing the construction of the Ram temple.

Goel, the Union minister of state for parliamentary affairs said that under the campaign, BJP workers will light a lamp at their homes dedicated to Lord Ram.

Goel's demand for early construction of the Ram temple came just a day after his party MP Rakesh Sinha had announced that he would bring a private member's bill on this issue in Parliament's upcoming winter session.

Vijay Goel tweeted -Lightened 5000 “diyas” and appeal to all fellow citizens that this diwali every citizen, must light a “Diya” with a hashtag #JalaaoEkDiyaRamMandirKeNaam as a symbolic gesture to express solidarity as a nation for the construction of a glorious Ram temple in Ayodhya.

The event was organized at the official residence.
