Indian cricket's superstars returned home after their stunning tour of Australia where they won the T20 and then the Test series in dramatic fashion.

The players arrived in two batches, one in New Delhi and the other group in Mumbai on Thursday morning from Australia

After losing the 1st Test vs Australia in a dramatic fashion where they were bowled out for a mere 36,

Team India despite the injuries fought back in style to stun the hosts and win the series 2-1 to retain the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.

Rohit Sharma was surrounded by a host of security officials at the Mumbai airport

Rohit Sharma, who did not play the first 3 matches came back to play for his team in the last match.

Ajinkya Rahane and Prithvi Shaw were also spotted alongside Team India coach Ravi Shastri.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the players couldn't get heroes' welcome as safety comes first for the players

The players said that the entire team is delighted to win the series.

After a short break, the stars will once again enter the bio-secure bubble.

The Indian team will start their preparations to host England in a long tour which starts from 5th February.

After the historic win at 'The Gabba' Coach Ravi Shastri said appreciated the Indian team's determination during the time when half of the team was injured
