AB de Villiers to return against Kolkata Knight Riders

AB de Villiers, Tymal Mills and Samuel Badree’ s injury added more woes to the Bangalore based franchise

The trio failed to make it to the squad that faced Gujarat Lions in Rajkot but Royal Challengers Bangalore managed to emerge victorious after scintillating batting by Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli.

Reunited with Kohli at the opening spot, Gayle cantered to 77 off 38 balls, his first half century in 17 matches and went on to become the only batsman to scale Mt 10,000 in the T20 format.

Samuel Badree, on the other hand, took a hat-trick in his first game for Royal Challengers Bangalore. His return will strengthen RCB’s bowling attack.
