Coffee with 1 tsp ghee, which is also called bulletproof coffee may seem like an odd combination but has many health benefits. Coffee mainly contains caffeine, tannin, carbohydrates, and proteins. In Ayruveda, coffee is considered hot and stimulating in nature.
