PICS: Sanjay Dutt Snapped At Hospital With Sister Priya Dutt After His Cancer Diagnosis

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital after he complained of chest discomfort and breathlessness. Sanjay Dutt was spotted in a blue kurta and white pajama at the hospital. The ‘KGF Chapter 2’ star waved at the paparazzi after seeing them.

On the professional front, Sanjay Dutt will be next seen in 'Sadak 2'. The film co-starring Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur and Pooja Bhatt will premiere directly on Disney+ Hotstar on August 28.

Sanjay Dutt also has Ajay Devgn's 'Bhuj: The Pride Of India' and 'KGF Chapter 2' in his kitty. The makers of KGF has released his character poster on the actor's 61st birthday last month.

Sanjay Dutt's wife Maanayata had released a statement after the news about him circulated on the internet. "I thank everyone who has expressed their well wishes for Sanju’s speedy recovery. We need all the strength and prayers to overcome this phase. There is a lot that the family has gone through in the past years but I am confident, this too shall pass," she said in a statement.

Earlier in the day, Sanjay Dutt took to social media to wish his fans on Independence Day 2020. He tweeted, "Jai Hind. Happy Independence Day to all."

Sanjay Dutt was accompanied by his sister Priya Dutt. The actor will reportedly go to the US or Singapore for his medical treatment. His wife Maanayata Dutt and two children have returned from Dubai amid the COVID-19 crisis to extend support to the actor during the tough times.

According to a report by a film critic, Sanjay Dutt has been diagnosed with lung cancer. The ‘Kalank’ actor was snapped at Mumbai’s Kokilaben hospital on Saturday (August 15).
