West Bengal Assembly elections will be held in April-May 2021. The major political parties -- Bharatiya Janata Party, Trinamool Congress among others are campaigning aggressively in the state.
Ahead of the elections, ABP News has organised a special summit 'Shikhar Sammelan'. The stage is set for Home Minister Amit Shah, State Congress President Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary, TMC leader Saugat Roy and Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar to throw light on the election campaigns of their respective political parties.
During the mega event, party spokespersons will tell 'Who will make sonar Bengal'. In this part, Gaurav Bhatia will take over from BJP while Supriya Shreenet will represent the Congress Party. Vivek Gupta will be present from TMC's favor, while Minakshi Mukherjee will present the CPIM party's side.

Is Bengal Polls Toughest For Amit Shah? Here's What He Said
When asked about if West Bengal polls will be one of the toughest elections for him, Amit Shah said that he likes contributing and campaigning in every elections. "I cannot say that it will be a tough election for me as I am no more the BJP chief. Its JP Nadda and all credit for BJP performance goes and will be given to him," Amit Shah said concluding the interaction.
Lack Of Face In BJP For West Bengal? Amit Shah Replies
When asked about BJP's prominent faces in West Bengal, Amit Shah reversed the question hitting out at Mamata Banerjee saying that this time face will be the issue for TMC. "BJP Chief and parliamentary board will take decision on who will get what role and I have nothing to say in it. Let the time come, you will get to know about it very soon," he said.
Amit Shah On Assam Elections & NRC
While speaking about the National Register of Citizens (NRC), Amit Shah said that NRC was ordered in Assam by court and it has nothing to do with the BJP. Ahead of Assam Assembly polls which is scheduled to take place later this year, Amit Shah claimed that BJP has emerged as a strong front in the state and the party will form government with majority.
Amit Shah On Farmers' Protest & Agri Laws
While speaking about the farmers' protest, Amit Shah once again said that the agri laws passed by the Centre is for the benefit of the farmers. "Agri laws give extra provisions to farmers and it snatches nothing from them. Even if they think there is need to talk, we are ready to discuss. But discussion cannot happen with the condition that repeal the laws first," Shah said.
When asked if farmers' protest will harm the BJP in Assembly elections, former BJP chief said no it will not and rather farmers of the country are happy with the new legislation.

Further in his interaction, Amit Shah pointed out that small alliance in West Bengal elections will only help the BJP. While speaking about Asaduddin Owais, Shah said that he is fighting his election and BJP is contesting its own. On the ticket distribution front, Home Minister said that there is no religious factor of giving tickets in BJP.
