WATCH: YSRCP Leader Slaps Toll Plaza Staff, Refuses To Pay Toll Tax

A leader from the party Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) refused to pay tax and slapped the toll plaza staff after they stopped her vehicle.

New Delhi: A video of Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) leader D Revathi goes viral in which she can been seen slapping a toll plaza staff at Kaja Toll in Guntur district after she was stopped when she allegedly refused to pay toll tax. In a video that is now rapidly going viral, D Revathi a YSRCP leader can be seen arguing with a toll plaza as she tries to remove the barricade. Allegedly, she refused to pay the toll tax and was stopped at the Kaja Toll in Guntur District. In the video shared by ANI, a mask-less D Revathi can be seen asking the toll plaza staff to remove the barricade, when the staff refused, she continued to remove the barricade on her own. The barricade which was blocking black Scorpio car with an official number plate was pushed aside by Revathi while the plaza staff tried to keep a hold of it, in scuffle seem to get heated as the agitated Revathi then moves on to slap the staff member after the barricade fell down. Two other toll plaza staff members joined in reason with her then the barricade was pushed aside.

More information on the matter is awaited, though this is not the first time. Previously, in Rajasthan where Congress MLA Jagdish Jangid was stopped by toll plaza workers, and his gunman and driver were thrashed by the employees. The ruling party legislature had claimed that around 15-20 people had attacked his staff and if the passerby had not intervened a major tragedy could have occurred.
