You asked, we answered. Here's a rundown of all the colours on offer with the NTorq

TVS NTorq 125 - What Colour To Buy?

The TVS NTorq 125 has created quite a lot of buzz since its launch. Partly because of its attractive pricing and partly because of the performance it offers. However, aesthetics play a major role when it comes to Indian buyers, especially when it’s about choosing the colour.

So, if you’re someone who is scratching their head to decide what colour to opt for, here's our honest take on all the colour options TVS has to offer on the NTorq.

Matte Yellow - Looking to stand out from the crowd? Look no further. Not only does this shade help in highlighting the scooter’s design, it also helps the scooter have a distinctive road presence, albeit by making you look like a minion.

Matte Green and Matte Red - While a green or red colour option may not be subtle, it certainly isn’t as much in-the-face like the yellow. Well, in a nutshell, these two colour options manage to give the scooter a distinct road presence, without attracting a lot of attention.

Matte White - While this might not be the most appealing option, it certainly is the safest one. However, we can't help but think how it doesn't do justice to the sharp design of the NTorq 125. It won’t attract the college kids, but should surely strike a chord with more mature buyers.

Metallic Blue - Introduced only recently, the metallic blue is a good alternative for customers looking to buy a bright colour. We feel it also manages to somehow look more premium when compared to red, green and yellow.

Metallic Grey - Considering how the TVS NTorq 125 was based on the design of a jet, it was only fitting that they offered a metallic grey colour option. It manages to look stealthy and subtle (something that matte yellow misses by a mile) while also highlighting the scooter’s aggressive lines. If you haven't guessed it by now, yes, this is our preferred choice!

Coming to the scooter itself, it is powered by an all-new 124.8cc, single-cylinder engine which produces 9.4PS of power at 7500rpm and 10.5Nm of torque at 5500rpm. It is currently priced at Rs 58,750 and goes against the Aprilia SR 125, which retails for Rs 65,310 and the Honda Grazia, which costs Rs 62,505 (all prices ex-showroom Delhi).
