Telangana: Admit Card Release For TS EAMCET 2020 Postponed Till Tomorrow. Read For Details.

New Delhi, June 30: In yet another update on examination front, the Telangana Council has postponed the admit card or hall tickets for candidates appearing for Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2020. Students will have to wait for the admit cards to be released by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU), Hyderabad between July 1 to July 3, 2020. The university has postponed the release of admit card for TS EAMCET 2020 for the second time this year. Students are supposed to download hall tickets from Tuesday but seem that the dates have been pushed due to the covid-19 pandemic. Why is it required? The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) is conducted by the JNTU every year on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). This examination is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in University/ Private Colleges in the state of Telangana for the academic year 2020-2021. It is only after the admit cards are released, registered candidates can download them from the official website of the Telangana Council -. eamcet.tsche.ac.in.

What are the steps to follow?

  1. Firstly, go to the official website of TS EAMCET - eamcet.tsche.ac.in
  2. Then click on the link ‘TS EAMCET 2020 Hall Ticket Download’ once it gets activated which will take you to a new page
  3. Just enter registration details and other information on the page
  4. It will show the admit card on the screen
  5. Just download to take a printout of the admit card
It is mandatory to carry the admit card to the examination centre and those who forget to carry their admit cards will be denied entry. The exams are scheduled to be conducted from July 6 to July 9. The entrance exam for engineering agriculture, and medical will be conducted from July 6 to 8, and the agriculture and medical exam will be conducted until July 9. According to the directives, candidates should have their own masks, gloves and sanitizers. They will also have to go through thermal checks before they enter the exam centre and will have to follow proper social distancing norms.
