Khalistani Terrorist Sukha Duneke Of Arsh Dalla Gang Killed In Canada

Wanted Khalistani terrorist Sukha Duneke who was part of gangster Arsh Dalla's gang, has been killed in Canada.

Khalistani terrorist Sukhdul Singh, also known as Sukha Duneke -- who was part of the gang operated by Canada-based gangster Arsh Dalla, has been killed in the Canadian city of Winnipeg by unidentified people.

Last month, two close aides of Arsh Dalla, Manpreet Singh Peeta and his brother Mandeep, were deported from the Philippines to India. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) later arrested them. Personnel of the Punjab police were also present at the Delhi airport at that time. Manpreet had executed many plans at the behest of Arsh Dala in Punjab while staying in the Philippines.

This was after two of his associates were deported to India days after Indian agencies succeeded in bringing Sachin, a relative of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who had been absconding after the sensational murder of Moosewala in May 2022, to India. Wanted in Sidhu Moose Wala Murder case, Sachin Bishnoi, an aide of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, was brought to India from Azerbaijan.

This development comes amid an ongoing diplomatic row between Canada and India over the killing of Khalistani separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar on which Prime Minister Justin Trudeau alleged the potential involvement of Indian government agents and expelled a senior Indian diplomat. India rejected the charges as absurd and motivated and expelled a senior Canadian diplomat in a tit-for-tat move. India on Wednesday advised all its citizens living in Canada and those contemplating travelling there to exercise utmost caution in view of growing anti-India activities and politically-condoned hate crimes in the North American country.

Who Was He?

Hailing from Duneke Kalan village in Punjab's Moga district, the gangster fled to Canada in December 2017, official sources said.

An active member of the Davinder Bambiha gang, Duneke was closely associated with Canada-based gangster-turned-terrorist Arsh Dalla, gangster Lucky Patial, Malaysia-based gangster Jackpal Singh alias Lali and other criminals, PTI reported.

The dreaded gangster was managing the activities of the gang from foreign soil and was also involved in running an extortion racket, targeted killings of rival gang members in Punjab and neighbouring areas through his local contacts and managing the network of his foreign-based associates, the sources said.

In the last few months, the number of extortion calls made by Duneke had increased considerably in Punjab and neighbouring areas, they added.

In January, two of Duneke's associates -- Kulwinder Singh alias Kinda and Paramjeet Singh Pamma -- were arrested by the counter-intelligence wing (Bathinda) and three pistols and cartridges seized from their possession.
