New Delhi: Even as researchers around the world search for an effective cure for the coronavirus, the consumer goods company founded by the yoga guru Baba Ramdev launched Ayurvedic medicines Coronil and Swasari’ on Tuesday, with the claim that clinical trials conducted by the company showed 100 percent success. According to the company, the ingredients used to make the Coronil are 100 percent Ayurvedic. It also contains phytochemicals and phytometabolites, "said Ramdev during the launch The other two medicines to be taken along with Coronil are 'Shwasari' which works on strengthening the respiratory system and cures certain symptoms of corona including cough, cold, and fever. A nasal drop named 'Anu Tel' which is supposed to have immunity building capabilities has also been included.

Price of the medicine The three medicine have been clubbed together as ‘corona kit’. The price of the three medicine is: Coronil - Rs 400, Shwasari: Rs 120 and Anu Tel: Rs 15. The total price of the kit is Rs 535. The company has said that it will provide the kits for free to those under the below poverty line. "I want to inform everyone that within 7 days, the 'Corona Kit' will be made available for people. From the coming Monday, we are launching a mobile app so that customers can order the medicine sitting at home. Online delivery of the medicine will be made in a maximum of 3 days of order," said Ramdev during an interview with ABP.
