Maharashtra SSC Class X Result 2020: 95.30% Students Pass, Best Score In Last Few Years

This year girls have outperformed boys with the passing percentage at 96.91 percent while passing percentage for boys stand at 93.90 per cent.

MSBSHSE SSC Result 2020: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education announced the Maharashtra SSC result Class X 2020 results with 90.66 per cent students clearing the exams this year. This year girls have outperformed boys with the passing percentage at 96.91 percent while for boys the passing percentage stands at 93.90 per cent. The increase in pass percentage is credited to the reintroduction of orals, internals and activity-based questions as per the Board chairman Shakuntala Kale. Apart from the internal marks and other criteria, the marks of the geography paper have also been averaged out and the result is 95.30 per cent with the best of five criteria. You can check the result on the official website after 1 PM at mahresult.nic.in. You simply need to log in to mahresult.nic.in 2020 SSC and enter the roll number and mother’s name. Around 17 lakh students appeared in the MAHA SSC examination. Due to the Coronavirus situation, MSBSHSE decided to cancel the remaining examinations. For cancelled papers, students will be evaluated on the basis of the average mark secured by them in the examinations conducted. Considering the Covid-19 situation this year, students will not be required to visit the state board offices for photocopy of answer sheets, verification of marks or to request a re-evaluation. Students can apply online at verification.mh-ssc.ac.in from July 30 till August 8. For photocopy of answer sheets, a request can be sent online till August 18.
