WATCH: Policeman thrashed by angry BJP workers for not letting them attend PM's rally

New Delhi: Angry BJP workers of West Bengal allegedly attacked a policeman today who stopped them from attending PM Modi’s rally in Midnapore. The incident is of Kharagpur where some BJP workers got in a scuffle with a policeman and then thrashed him brutally. Video of the incident also surfaced later, in which it can be seen that the policeman was chased and beaten by the angry BJP workers who also used sticks on the policeman. As per ANI, the workers also attacked some civic policemen at Chowringhee crossing in Kharagpur. Reportedly, the party workers were outraged after they couldn’t attend Prime Minister’s rally in Midnapore due to heavy traffic on route.
