Mughalsarai: In a shocking case, two men were thrashed by crowd after they were caught stealing cows in Subhash Nagar area here. The locals dragged them to police station. 
"The two were fleeing after stealing a cow & a calf of a local. They were caught by the local with the help of other people," said SP SK Singh. "A case of theft has been registered. We have ordered an investigation. As far as the thrashing is concerned, action will be taken," top cop added.
