Thane: Teen sodomises 9-yr-old boy

Thane:  In a shocking incident, a nine-year-old boy was allegedly sodomised repeatedly by a teenager in Bhayander here, police said today. The 16-year-old accused is absconding after an offence was registered against him under section 377 and 506 IPC at Uttan Police Station last evening after the boy's family lodged a complaint, they said. According to police, the accused once took the victim to a garden near his school in the township and sodomised him. He again on another occasion took the boy to an isolated spot near his building and sexually abused him. The teenager had also threatened the minor not to divulge the incident to anyone, police added.
