Terrorists kill former SPO in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian

The terrorists had kidnapped two other people as well, but were later released unharmed.

Srinagar: In a shocking incident, the terrorists on Saturday killed former Special Police Officer (SPO) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian District, the police said. As per the police, the SPO was killed after he was abducted by the terrorists. As per the cops, the body of former SPO, Basharat Ahmad, who was kidnapped by the gunmen in Shopian district on Friday, was found in Pulwama district. The terrorists had kidnapped two other people as well, but were later released unharmed. This is the third killing of abducted persons by gunmen during the last fortnight. Two persons abducted from Shopian district were earlier killed by gunmen.
