Sonia Gandhi admitted to Sir Ganga Ram hospital, to be discharged soon
New Delhi: Congress President Sonia Gandhi was admitted to the Sir Ganga Ram hospital following food poisoning.
She will be discharged soon, hospital authorities said on Tuesday, reported IANS.
According to the hospital, Gandhi was admitted on Sunday evening.
"Sonia Gandhi was admitted to the hospital on Sunday due to food poisoning. She is well now and will be discharged soon," said D.S Rana, chairman of the hospital's managing board.
Sonia Gandhi is doing better now and will be discharged soon, said reports.
She was admitted, in February, to the same hospital after she complained of breathlessness and was kept under observation for a day and relieved after.
