Ram Mandir Darshan: Devotees Throng Temple On Paush Poornima Amid Biting Cold
Ram Temple Darshan: On the third day after the Pran Pratishtha, devotees throng the Ram Temple to have darshan of Ram Lalla.
Ram Temple Darshan: Devotees continued to throng the Ram Temple to have the darshan of Ram Lalla amid a biting cold on the occasion of Paush Poornima on Thursday. According to a police official, on the festival of Paush Poornima, people take a holy dip.
Speaking on the arrangements made to ensure convenience for the devotees visiting the Ram Temple for Darshan, IG Range Ayodhya, Praveen Kumar said that today is the festival of Paush Poornima, in which people take a holy dip and people from the surrounding areas are coming on foot.
"Today is the festival of Paush Poornima in which people take a holy dip first. People from the surrounding areas are coming on foot. There are two queues one kilometre long each... Any belongings have to be kept in the Public Facilitation Centre (PFC)... There is also a physical frisking centre... We appeal to people to bring fewer belongings to save time," Praveen Kumar said.

Meanwhile on Wednesday, in view of the influx of devotees who arriving in Ayodya for darshan, the duty of all the police personnel and officials deployed from several districts, except the police allotted from the district of Meerut zone, has been extended till Thursday (January 25).
