While everyone else can be seen waiting for the signal to turn green, this 'VIP' gets off his car and starts misbehaving with the motorcyclist. The incident reportedly took place at around 8 AM on 24th August at the traffic signal Noida's Sector 57. The video, that has garnered over eight lakh views, was shared by Prashant Saxena, who recorded the incident from inside his car.
