Muzaffarnagar: Minor girl kidnapped, raped

Muzaffarnagar: A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly kidnapping and raping a minor girl at Khampur village in Shamli district, police said today. The 9-year-old girl was picked up by the accused, Sesha Singh, yesterday when she had gone to a stationary shop, they said. The girl was taken to a vacant house and raped by Singh, police said, adding she was found in an unconscious state later. Singh has been arrested, they said, adding the victim has been sent for medical examination.
