BHOPAL: Madhya Pradesh will vote on Wednesday in an election which indicates a possible nail-biting finish. And the December 11 results will either give the BJP a fourth successive term in power notwithstanding anti-incumbency or give a chance to the opposition Congress to break the saffron party's monopoly over power since 2003.
