Jharkhand: 6 security personnel killed, 5 injured in naxal attack in Latehar

Naxals reportedly used IED (Improvised Explosive Device) blast to attack the security forces who as per the reports belonged to Jharkhand Jaguars team.

New Delhi: In a major naxal attack on Jharkhand police force in Latehar district at least six security personnel got martyred while five are reported to be injured.   The attack from the naxals took place during an ongoing anti-naxal operation in the Burha Pahar region of the district. Naxals reportedly used IED (Improvised Explosive Device) blast to attack the security forces who as per the reports belonged to Jharkhand Jaguars team.
