Jaipur: IRS officer hangs herself to death, probe underway

The cops are now probing different angles to find out the reason which made Binny take her life.

Jaipur: An IRS officer named Binny Sharma on Tuesday committed suicide by hanging herself with a piece of cloth (dupatta) in AG colony here. The matter has been registered in Bajaj Nagar police station after the control room was informed about the incident at 6am in the morning. The cops have kept the mortal remains in the mortuary of Jaipuria hospital and are currently probing the case. The reason behind the suicide is yet to be known. Binny’s husband was also a civil servant and was working as an IAS officer in Chandigarh. The deceased, who has also left behind two kids along with her husband, used to stay in Jaipur with her mother. The cops are now probing different angles to find out the reason which made Binny take her life. More details on the same are awaited.
