J&K: Encounter between terrorists & Army in Bandipora; 2 soldiers injured

Srinagar: A gunfight broke out between terrorists and Indian army soldiers in Shahgnd village of Bandipora district on Thursday morning. According to the police, two army soldiers have been injured in the encounter. According to the police, "There was information about some militants holed up in the area", post which jawans indulged in search operation. Therefore, when the security forces were tightening the cordon, terrorists fired at them, injuring two army soldiers who were shifted to hospital.
