Flipkart revises return policy to 10 days

NEW DELHI: E-commerce website Flipkart has revised its returns policy and brought down the 30-days returns window to just 10-days. Which means customers will have to return the products bought from the website within 10 days to get the refund. Flipkart has also told sellers on the platform that they will have to pay higher commissions from June 20, reported The Economic Times. While the 30-day return policy will be available for clothing, footwear, watches and eyewear, jewellery, fashion accessories and large appliances. According to the report, these changes may come into effect from July 2016. "The revised structure across shipping, commission and returns will enable sellers to have predictability and better manage their online business," ET quoted a Flipkart spokesperson as saying.
