Now Share Your PF Complaints Directly Using The New EPFO WhatsApp Helpline Service; Know How It Works

The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has added Whatsapp Helpline numbers to its list of grievance redressal forums.

New Delhi: The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has started a WhatsApp helpline service to provide quick resolution of complaints. According to an official press release, the WhatsApp helpline will be in addition to the various other means of grievance redressal forums of EPFO which include web-based EPFiGMS portal, CPGRAMS, social media pages (Facebook &Twitter), and a dedicated 24x7 call centre. The official statement says,' WhatsApp helpline is now functional in all the 138 regional offices of EPFO. Any stakeholders can file grievance or seek guidance on any queries relating to services provided by EPFO, by putting a WhatsApp message on the helpline number of the concerned regional office where the PF account is maintained.' It also says that to ensure expeditious resolution of the grievance and reply to the queries raised on WhatsApp, each regional office has been equipped with a dedicated team of experts. The service will also help people avoid the need to physically visit EPFO’s offices. The statement says that  which will help maintain social distancing in EPFO’s workplace during Covid-19 pandemic The Whatsapp numbers are available on the official website of the EPFO, www.epfindia.gov.in Meanwhile, according to media reports, the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation's (EPFO) is likely to credit the first installment of 8.5% interest on Diwali.
