As per Tiwari’s complaint the matter was a conspiracy and an attempt to kill him. He said that the accused even went up to his bedroom looking out for him. As per Tiwari’s the accused first thrashed Tiwari’s helpers and thereafter got inside the house asking for him. As per the workers, the miscreants were hurling abuses and while they were searching for Tiwari in the whole house. Tiwari, whose house is a few metres away from the police station had also claimed that this was a pre-planned attack and his life would have been at stake if he would have been at home at the time of incident.
