New Delhi: In a horrific incident in New Delhi, a class fourth student of a private school located in the capital’s Vivek Vihar area was sexually assaulted by his school mates. Three minor students of the same school have been accused of harassing the victim in the school bus at several instances. As per the information received, when the victim would take his seat in the school bus after the classes got over, the three boys who are also minor, would come and force themselves upon him and touched him with wrong intention.  The accused students perpetrated the act more than once. It is alleged that when the student narrated his grievance to the teacher who used to go by the same bus, he was not taken seriously. It is also alleged that when the family broached up the topic in front of the school administration, they tried to hush-up the talk. The family then lodged a complaint with the police. Police has registered the complaint under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).
