Bulandshahr violence: Prime suspect still at large; CM Yogi to meet Inspector Subodh's family today
Earlier, questions were raised at CM as he was not present in UP when the violence erupted in the state and was instead campaigning for the assembly election in other states on the behalf of his party.
Uttar Pradesh: Even three days after the Bulandshahr violence took place between two communities, claiming the lives of two, including on police official, there is no evidence of whereabouts of the prime suspect Bajrang Dal leader Yogesh Raj. The accused Yogesh on the other hand has released a video, along with 2 other accused and has pled not-guilty.
On the other hand leader of Bajrang Dal’s Meerut unit Sanjoy Praveen has come forth in support of Yogesh and has accused the police of conspiring against him.
Martyr policeman’s family to meet CM Yogi today:
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will meet the family of Police inspector Subodh, who lost his life due to bullet injury, which came as an aftermath of violence between two groups in Bulandshahr. The meeting is set to take place at 9:30am on Thursday at CM’s residence in Lucknow. Martyr Subosh Singh’s wife and son are likely to seek justice from CM Yogi.

Deceased Sumit’s family protests:
The family of the second victim (Sumit) of Bulandshahr violence has begun a hunger strike and has demanded a martyr stature for him like Inspector Subodh.
