Bulandshahr: BJP workers go on rampage after cop issue ‘challan’, threaten officials

Bulandshahr: Bharatiya Janta Party workers on Saturday afternoon clashed with police officials after the cops cut a challan of one of them for not wearing a helmet. The matter got escalated when BJP workers created a lot of ruckus in the court and ‘dared’ the police officials. Post which, the police demanded an action and a probe against the party workers. BJP leader showered a lot of anger on the police officer for he cut his challan. Speaking to media, CO Sreshtha Singh said, “The BJP leader was roaming without a helmet and when I told him about the fine, he threatened me and told me his affiliation with BJP”. Adding further she said, “She wouldn’t let go of the matter and would order an investigation against them”. "We cannot leave every party worker, if we need to perform our duty properly" she added. In the video which surfaced, the party leaders could be seen screaming around police officials in the court premises leaving the police officials helpless.
