Amarnath Yatra Update: After two years, Amarnath Yatra is being resumed from June 30. It is important for the pilgrims going on Amarnath Yatra to take care of some special things.

New Delhi: Amarnath yatra will start on June 30. It was banned for the last two years in wake of the pandemic.

During the 43-day long Amarnath Yatra, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has asked devotees to strictly follow the covid-19 related protocols.

Amarnath Yatra was performed symbolically during the Corona pandemic in 2020 and 2021, during which some mahants and the holy mace were carried by helicopter to the Amarnath temple.

Previously, after the amendment of Articles 370 and 35A in the Constitution in August 2019, Amarnath Yatra had to be cancelled midway.

At the same time, this year, the yatra of Amarnath Yatra brings happiness to the devotees, who are set to start from both the routes, whether it is from the Pahalgam track in the Anantnag district or from the Baltal route from the Ganderbal district.
