ABP News Tracks ‘Dadi From Kangana Ranaut ‘s Deleted Tweet, Says ‘I Will Give Her Rs 700 To Work In Farms’

Kangana Ranaut had commented on the ongoing farmers' protest with a controversial tweet in which she shared a photo claiming that 'dadi' from Shaheen Bagh had been hired for the protest. ABP News found out the true identity of the woman in the photo.

New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut who has now become well-known for her controversial tweets, recently commented on the farmers' protest by sharing a photo of an old lady that she claimed was the same ‘dadi’ or Bilkis Bano from Shaheen Bagh protest who had been hired to make an appearance. In the now deleted tweet, she said, 'Ha ha ha, she is the same dadi who featured in Time magazine for being the most powerful Indian... And she is available in 100 rupees. Pakistani journos have hijacked international PR for India in an embarrassing way. We need our own people to speak for us internationally' But ABP News has successfully tracked ‘dadi’ and found out that she is actually a woman from Bhatinda Punjab and not Bano from the Shaheen Bagh protest. She also responded to Ranaut's tweet with a challenge. 'Kangana says that such a woman can be hired for Rs 100, I will give her Rs 700 to come and work on farms. Her comments are wrong and she should not have said such things,' said Kaur. WATCH HERE:
