Exercise for Weight Loss: People are gaining weight rapidly nowadays, owing to the lifestyle and diet. Obesity has become a problem everyone is worried about. Keeping fit has become a challenge, as people have to sweat a lot to keep fit. People are resorting to yoga, meditation and exercise for fitness. If you also want to lose weight and keep yourself fit, then you need to do exercise everyday. Along with this, you need to know what kind of workout would help you lose weight. Today, we would be telling you about workouts which can help you burn that fat rapidly. So lets see:

1. Cardio: Cardio exercises include walking, running and cycling. Doing cardio helps in burning the extra fat from your body. Mornings are ideal for cardio workouts. Cardio sessions on an empty stomach can help you get rid of accumulated fat rapidly.  

2. Rope Jumping: If you want to keep yourself slim and healthy, then you should definitely include jumping rope in your workout routine every day. This helps in warming up your body. Jumping rope 150 to 200 times daily helps in burning extra fat.  

3. Squats: To make the legs strong, you should also include squats in the routine workout. This helps to tone and strengthen the back. Doing regular squats has a great effect on your lower body. It also provides relief in knee pain and problems related to feet.  

4. Runners Crunch: This exercise is very effective for toning hands and feet. Be sure to include it in your fitness regime. This helps in toning the belly. For this, you have to lie on your back and keep your hands behind your head. Now try to sit without any support. During this, you have to bring your left knee towards the chest and try to touch it with your right elbow. Similarly, you have to do with both the legs. You will feel a lot of difference with this exercise.  

5. Air Swimming: This exercise is good to strengthen your back. It also helps relieve back pain. To do air swimming, you need to first lie down on your stomach and spread both your hands and feet. Now try to lift your hands and feet off the ground. This puts stress on the stomach and helps reduce belly fat.
