A reduction of mere 1-2 kgs is also a herculean task. It is a misconception that long walks and dieting are sufficient to reduce weight. They are sufficient to maintain your body but you will have to take many other measures along with diet and exercise if you intend to reduce your body fat.

You can start by consuming low-calorie food, avoid fried and junk food and avoid eating outside. Along with this routine, it is necessary to exercise daily and follow some home remedies. 1. Apple Cider Vinegar- People are nowadays consuming apple cider vinegar to slim down. Apple cider vinegar reduces inflammation. It contains acetic acid which helps in reducing obesity. Consumption of 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with lukewarm water every day can help you reduce weight. You can also add some honey and rock salt to it. Drinking apple cider vinegar every morning on an empty stomach will help you lose weight.  

2. Lemon and Honey- A combination of Lemon and Honey helps a lot in weight loss, and is also beneficial for health. You should drink lemon and honey every morning on an empty stomach to reduce weight. Lemon contains fat oxidants and vitamin C, while honey has a lipid-lowering capacity. Combining both helps you reduce weight and also keeps illnesses at bay. You should consume this Lemon and Honey mixture 2-3 times a day.

3. Green Tea-  Green Tea is considered to be very beneficial for health. Drinking green tea in the morning keeps the stomach clean. Apart from this, drinking Green Tea also helps reduce weight. You can also include Green Tea in your routine to keep your body fit. Drinking Green Tea daily helps in controlling weight and reducing belly fat. You can drink Green Tea 2-3 times a day.  

4. Aloe Vera Juice- Aloe Vera Juice is helpful for people with a slow metabolism. Aloe Vera Juice strengthens the digestion process and also helps in weight loss. Aloe vera is very beneficial for problems related to the stomach, skin, and hair.  

5. Black Pepper- In case you haven't tried, consumption of black pepper helps control weight. Black pepper contains an alkaloid called Piperine which helps reduce weight. You must add a small spoonful of black pepper to your food every day. This will also help increase the taste of food and reduce obesity.
