1) Taking 1 supplement- Nowadays, many supplements in the market claim to help in weight loss, but these supplements may cause many side effects. It is advisable to take these supplements after consulting a doctor. 

2) Detox Plan Detox is another popular method of weight loss. Not all detox products may be safe. Some may cause dehydration in the body. Consuming detox products in excess can also lead to loss of electrolytes. 

3) Less food Many people eat less food to become thin quickly. This may damage the muscles of the body. By eating less, your metabolism also becomes weak. Consuming fewer calories leads to weight loss and causes side effects. 

4) Exercising more Some people exercise too much to lose weight quickly. Exercise may help in weight loss, but too much exercise may cause injuries and exhaustion. Exercising too much can also lead to dehydration and loss of electrolytes. 

5) Smoking If you want to lose weight, you have to quit the habit of smoking. Smoking and drinking are injurious to health. This can adversely affect the process of losing weight. 

6) Taking less fat To lose weight, it is necessary to consume fat in limited quantities, but some people stop consuming fat. Consuming less fat may increase hunger pangs. This may lead to overeating, and it may be difficult to lose weight.
