New Delhi: Veteran actress Tabu completed 30 years in the entertainment industry. To mark the occasion, the actress appeared in an interview with Film Companion and opened up among other things about about aging well and that she was not making any particular attempt in doing so. The 51-year-old actor was most recently seen in Anees Bazmee's 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' alongside Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani. 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' was a massive hit and not without Tabu's major contribution in the film. Tabu played the double role of Anjulika and Manjulika in the film.

When asked about her beauty regimen, Tabu told Film Companion, "Koi secret nahi hai (I don’t have a secret). Mithali, my makeup artist, was telling me, ‘Ma’am, skin is looking good, some home nuska (remedy) you are doing or what?’ Some days, I’ll tell her that I put coffee here, and some plant there, and she’ll say, ‘You can’t do that, you have to use this cream’, and she’ll suggest some ₹50,000 cream. Ek baar khareed liya, bas. Aage nahi khareedungi (I bought it once, but never again).”

Sharing that her genes might be the reason for her beauty, Tabu added, “There’s nothing that I consciously do for my face and all, but of course, I’m aware and conscious that I better look a certain way. I will not purposely ruin anything that takes away from… But that’s with everyone, even if you’re not an actor. Everyone wants to look good and maintain a certain level of being presentable, and fit, and healthy, and mentally there. I try my best."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Tabu will next be seen in filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj's upcoming spy thriller 'Khufiya'. This will not be the first time that Tabu is working with Voshal Bhardwaj, a frequent collaborator on many projects. However, Tabu will also be working with Vishal's son Asmaan. Ali Fazal will also be playing a key role in 'Khufiya'.
