This year, on Mahashivratri, an auspicious coincidence is taking place. It is believed that worship of Lord Shiva this Mahashivratri will give special benefits. The recitation of Shiva Purana on this day can make Lord Shiva God happy.

Precautions To Take While Reciting Shiva Purana 

- There is a religious belief that it is necessary to purify the mind and body for reciting or listening to Shiva Purana. After bathing, wear clean clothes and have true reverence for Shiva. Don't have hatred against anyone.
