Low in calories - Apple is a negative calorie fruit, which means it is a low-calorie food. According to the US Department of Agriculture, a standard-sized apple contains about 50 calories per 100 grams of fruit. Therefore, whether you prefer to eat it or drink it in the form of tea, apples can help maintain a low-calorie intake.
