Paridhi Goel, co-founder of Love Earth, provided a breakdown of the most skin-friendly fruits during an interview with ABP Live:

Oranges

Daily Vitamin C intake is mandatory for radiant skin. The natural oils present in oranges keep your skin hydrated, making it look plump. Vitamin C is known to aid in collagen production, which keeps your skin tightened and reduces the appearance of signs of aging.

Papaya

Papaya is infused with the goodness of vitamins and minerals. Enzymes found in this fruit have antibacterial, anti-fungal, and antiviral activities, and assist to protect the skin from free radical damage. 

Watermelon

One of the most beneficial fruits for bright skin is here. Watermelon is incredibly refreshing. It's also a wonderful fruit for pampering our skin. Watermelon is extremely beneficial for acne-prone and oily skin. It helps to flush out toxins and strengthen our system for glowing and flawless skin.

Avocado

Fresh avocados can be your saviour, if you have been suffering from flaky and dry skin for a long time. Avocado is super rich in natural oils, antioxidants, and minerals, which help to penetrate deep into the skin. Thus, it hydrates and moisturizes the skin in the desired way.

Kiwi
