Eye Care Routine: Try These Natural Desi Remedies To Cure Eye Problems

Eyesight gets affected due to weak eyes. Sometimes it becomes difficult to see cleanly without glasses. Try these desi tips to get rid of glasses and take care of eyes.

At a young age, many people are nowadays facing eye problems such as eye irritation and dryness. This is due to changing lifestyles and a lack of focus on nutrition. Screen time, working for long hours on a computer or laptop has increased at home as well as office. Weak eyes may further cause many problems such as headaches.

Glasses have to be worn for the weakening eyes. Some people think that wearing glasses will spoil their look wihile at times Sometimes it becomes difficult for people to see clearly without glasses. If you want to get rid of glasses and want to take good care of your eyes, try out these home remedies. 

1- Almonds & Raisins: The use of almonds is free for the brain as well as the eyes. In addition to Omega-3 fatty acids, almonds also contain Vitamin E. It is very important for the development of the eyes. For this, soak 8-10 raisins with 4 to 5 almonds at night in water and use them on an empty stomach after waking up in the morning. These are effective desi treatments for the eyes. 

2- Carrot: Consumption of carrots is extremely beneficial for the eyes. Eyesight can be improved by including carrots in your daily diet. On the other hand, drinking carrot juice mixed with amla juice keeps the eyesight good for a long time. 

3- Rosewater: Rosewater is the common desi remedy to treat eye-related problems. The anti-inflammatory properties of rose water can help you get rid of conjunctivitis or 'pink eye' and inflammation. You can dip a piece of clean cotton in rose water and rub it gently on closed eyelids. You can also put a few drops of rose water in your eyes. 

3- Honey Bee honey is an elixir for the human body. Use fresh amla with a teaspoon of honey to improve your eyesight and for the overall well-being of your eye. But it should be consumed immediately after waking up in the morning. It is beneficial for the eyes. You can use amla powder if you don't get fresh amla.
