Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant's Pre-Wedding Menu: 2,500 Dishes, 65 Chefs And More: Check

A well-thought-out menu has been meticulously prepared for attendees and the hospitality team has urged guests to communicate any dietary preferences or restrictions to ensure their needs are met.

The Ambani family is preparing for an extravagant wedding ceremony for their son Anant with Radhika Merchant. Prior to the opulent main event later this year, a series of pre-wedding celebrations is set to take place at their residence in Jamnagar. Scheduled from March 1 to 3, these festivities will include the delightful elements of traditional Indian family celebrations, featuring music, dance, carnival activities, visual artistry, and a surprise performance. For the three-day celebration, the Ambani family has organized themed nights, complete with dress codes, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the festivities in authentic desi style.

In addition, a well-thought-out menu has been meticulously prepared for attendees and the hospitality team has urged guests to communicate any dietary preferences or restrictions to ensure their needs are met. Featuring a diverse array of cuisines, the aim is to provide a memorable dining experience for the guests.

According to reports, a specialised team of over 25 chefs will be flying in from Indore for the occasion, with a particular emphasis on Indori cuisine. The menu will encompass a variety of dishes, including Parsi, Thai, Mexican, and Japanese, along with pan-Asian dishes.

Over the three-day celebration, a total of 2,500 unique dishes will be offered, with no repetition throughout the events. Breakfast will present more than 70 options, while lunch and dinner will feature over 250 choices each. A provision for vegan dishes is also in place. Notably, midnight snacks will also be available from 12 midnight to 4 AM. adding a unique touch to the culinary offerings.

All guests will travel to Jamnagar on chartered flights from Mumbai or Delhi between 8am and 1pm on March 1. In addition, they will receive personalised services such as laundry, saree draping, and other custom assistance. Despite providing a detailed dress code, the Ambani family has emphasised in the guidebook that guests should prioritise comfort, encouraging them to enjoy each moment to the fullest and make beautiful memories that last a lifetime.
