Following Shrijit Neogy's 54-foot dosa achievement in Hyderabad, as documented by the Guinness Book of World Records, there's now a 123-foot long dosa poised to secure a place in the esteemed record book.
Talking about this achievement, News agency AFP took to Twitter and wrote, "Indian company MTR Foods set a new record for the world's longest dosa, a popular Indian dish. A team of 75 chefs made the 37.5-metre crepe by pouring batter across a specially made pan and rolling it up in synchronised motions."

As per a report by ANI, this record-breaking dosa was prepared using MTR's Red Rice batter at its Bommasandra Factory by a team of 75 chefs, comprising both seasoned experts and budding culinary talent, under the guidance of MTR's Cuisine Centre of Excellence.
Speaking about this culinary achievement, Sunay Bhasin, CEO of MTR, called it a celebration of their heritage and told ANI, "This is a moment of immense pride for us. We were attempting for a 100 feet dosa, however, we have outdone ourselves and have created a 123 feet dosa. This monumental dosa is a celebration of our heritage and the love we have been receiving for generations."
This dosa was created in partnership with Lorman Kitchen Equipments to celebrate 100 years of MTR foods. Speaking about it, Chandra Mouli, who is the MD of Lorman Kitchen Equipment Pvt. Ltd. told ANI, "World's Longest Dosa is being cooked on a specially built induction stove, the biggest ever from Lorman."
