Security forces foil infiltration attempt near LoC

Poonch (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], Feb. 19 (ANI): The Indian Security forces on Monday foiled an infiltration attempt by the Pakistani Border Action Team (BAT) near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir.

At around 5: 25 p.m. yesterday, the forces witnessed a suspicious movement close to the LoC.

One rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) was fired towards the post, to which the Indian forces retaliated.

Three jawans sustained minor injuries in the firing. The injured are being admitted to a nearby hospital. (ANI)
